The connection at SO3 appears to be a loose connection. This is solid a wire connection and is showing about a 10° rise in temp.
Notice the heat in the inboard end of both the pump and the motor. The pump impeller casing is cool. The coupler is the warmest thing in the image. All these things usually indicate a slight misalignment problem.
This inboard bearing is running too hot.
Although it is not at the critical stage yet it will be before long.
I would first check to sure it is properly lubricated, and then I would check the alignment on this machine.
This bearing will not last long at these temperatures.

This A phase fuse clip appears to be loose or corroded. It should be pulled and cleaned then reinstalled making sure all connections are tight.
